4. Shipping and Delivery We will make every effort to deliver products promptly; however, we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Return rules summary

• Returns accepted for 7 days.
• Customer provides return shipping
• 50% restocking fee.
• No final sale items.
• Please note that return is only acceptable in case of a faulty product. after the proof is shared.
• Refund processing time to be 30-45 days after the application is accepted.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

All orders are processed within 10 - 20  (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we experience high order volumes or shipping carrier delays, processing time may be extended. We will notify you if there are any delays with your order.

International Shipping:

We currently offer international shipping to multiple countries.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and will be billed separately by the customs office in your country.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to track your order.

Lost or Damaged Orders:
